If the activity involves driving a snowmobile or other motorised vehicle, the participant is personally responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines governing driving, as well as for any damage caused by negligent or reckless driving.

Use of photos and videos

From time to time, Rampen takes photographs and videos in connection with the activities it organises. Such recordings are used partly for private sharing with participants, and partly to promote Rampen's activities through, amongst other things, its website, social media and other information material.

Before the activity begins, all participants will be given the opportunity to opt out of being photographed or filmed. If no such opt-out is made, Rampen will be deemed to have obtained the participant's consent to use the recordings for marketing purposes.
