Who do we share your data with?

We only share necessary information with partners who help us with booking and organisation, our staff to ensure a successful trip, and trusted third-party software providers such as booking systems, payment platforms and email services.

How long do we store your information?

We store your data only as long as necessary. For activity bookings, we retain data from booking until 4 months after the trip. We may store data longer if you consent to keeping it for future bookings. We also retain data required by Norwegian law such as the Accounting Act, and may store data for up to three years after a trip to process any complaints or claims.
