Built around your goals

We start with what the group should sit with afterwards - closer team, new perspective, energised sales force, thanked clients - and design the programme backwards from there. Activities are means, not the message.

All guides have extensive experience and some have professional rescue, fire or ambulance backgrounds. We handle risk so the group can stay in the experience. Equipment, insurance and logistics are included.

Dining & catering

From lunch on the rock face to a sit-down dinner in town - we work with local kitchens to feed the group around the programme, not the other way around.

Transport & logistics

Minibus transfers between hotel, base and activities. For larger groups we run buses in parallel so nobody loses time.

Meeting rooms & base

Our base in Sjøgata 41 has meeting rooms for 8–10 people, workspace and a social zone. Combine a working morning with an outdoor afternoon without leaving the building until you're ready.

We run parallel activities for larger groups - half on the via ferrata, half on RIB, then swap. Multiple guides keep things safe and on schedule.
