Rampen runs Norway's first all-electric snowmobile safari in Sulitjelma - about 3 hours on prepared trails through Arctic mountains, with full equipment, light lunch and transport from Bodø included.

Experience the Arctic wilderness in silence on a guided electric snowmobile safari through the spectacular Sulis Mountains - one of Northern Norway's most dramatic landscapes.

The tour departs from Rampen Adventure Hub in Bodø with a scenic drive to Sulitjelma. Around three hours on electric snowmobiles on prepared trails, with a stop for lunch and hot drinks. All equipment and clothing included.

Safety is always our highest priority. We use new electric snowmobiles with speed limits controlled by Rampen, navigation systems, and only drive on prepared and well-known trails. We do equipment checks before and after each tour to ensure quality control with each adventure.

Drivers need a valid Class B driving licence and must be at least 18. Passengers must be at least 12.

Do I need experience to drive a snowmobile?
No, our tours are adapted for both beginners and experienced riders. You will receive thorough instruction and safety training before departure. You must have a valid car driver's license (class B) and be 18 years old to drive.
Is snowmobile safari suitable for children?
Children from the age of 12 can participate as passengers, as long as they can sit safely and stably on the back of the snowmobile.
What should I wear?
All safety equipment and clothing is provided. We still encourage you to dress in layers with wool socks, a wool base layer, and comfortable mid-layers.
What happens in bad weather?
Rampen reserves the right to cancel or change planned activities if safety considerations make it irresponsible to carry out the activity. You can then choose to change the date or receive a full refund.

Where do I meet up?
